Geneva County, AL- On September 2, 2020, while conducting a narcotics investigation, Alabama Drug Enforcement Task Force (ADETF)- Region B Agents, assisted by the U.S. Marshalls Gulf Coast Region Fugitive Task Force (GCRFTF) and the Geneva County Sheriff's Office, arrested 49-year-old Timothy Scott Morris, 30-year-old Jessica Marie Harman, and 60-year-old Bobby Deron Simmons while executing a search warrant on a residence in southwest Geneva County. During the search warrant, agents recovered illegal narcotics, paraphernalia, and firearms from the residence.

MORRIS was charged with Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. HARMAN was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. SIMMONS was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and other outstanding warrants through the Geneva County Sheriff's Office.

All suspects were placed in the Geneva County Jail.

On October 8, 2020, after further investigation, MORRIS and HARMAN were arrested again by the Geneva County Sheriff's Office on Chemical Endangerment warrants x 5, for the children that were residing inside the residence. The children were removed by Geneva County Department of Human Resources.
