This is the site to file your complaint.  The site only allows the victim to file the complaint not any law enforcement agency.

If you have been scammed out of any money you can still make a report with your local law enforcement agency or The Geneva County Sheriff's Office.  Due to the nature of the scams we recommend that you visit the site to help the FBI identify any organized crime rings involved.
