BONIFAY - An Alabama man is charged with grand theft auto after a vehicle that was reported stolen on July 1 of this year was recovered in Coffee Springs, Alabama.  

Investigators interviewed Adolf Lee Darden reference to the theft, and he admitted to stealing the vehicle from a residence off Hwy 177-A.  Darden is currently in jail in Geneva County on unrelated charges and is awaiting extradition back to Holmes County.
