Chance Heavener has completed the Ready for Work Program.  Geneva County Jail offers this program for inmates with the help of Enterprise State Community College.  The Ready for Work Program teaches inmates how to fill out applications and resumes.  The participates go through several interviews to prepare them for actual interviews; which helps prepare them for the work force at their release.
